H &M Spring 2013 Lookbook
H&M Spring 2013 lookbook. It’s a little late as this was previewed towards the end of 2012 and should already be in stores.
Anyhoo, I’m so excited as i would be getting key items from H&M to brighten up my wardrobe for spring and consequently summer! I plan on doing a Spring lookbook, so look out for that (no pun intended)

How i prep up!

Sorry for the long hiatus. I literally had no free time. But, I made sure I enjoyed Christmas and was on deck to usher in the 2013.
I love mixing fashion trends and I wish people would do that more often. For the above outfit, I was going for a preppy look but added a dash of military fashion via the combat boots.
Fashion thought process:
Navy Blue Jacket : Is to give a preppy boyish tinge to the outfit
White frilly shirt : This shirt adds a touch of femininity to the ensemble; preventing the outfit from being too boyish
Shorts : To keep up the boyish, yet feminine theme
Combat boots : To give the outfit a twist or an edge.
I love random twists when i put an outfit together. It’s fun!
In my opinion, mixing trends gives one an air of originality…yeah?

L in the Water Falls of Joy!!!
We took these pictures several weeks ago! I just realized i had not put them up….
The experience was actually hilarious. We took the pics really fast because there was a guard in the vicinity who kept throwing us really mean looks and people were staring at us…
We were not sure “picture taking” was allowed in that area…oh well, mission accomplished :)
I will like to take this moment to give ”shout outs” to
L, who ignored the stares and gave me what I wanted

And lastly, to my darn self for being a trooper..lol

It was surprisingly cold a few days back and, you know I had to rock a boot.
We had a service project with the ministry we serve with on that day and on our way back we decided to stop at the Mall to walk off the pizza we had consumed while working.
We window shopped and decided to capture the moment as well as our Outfits. Fun times!
